Aloo Kasa

   Hi Friends, Once again I am going to share with you a very popular regional food item, and obviously delicious Aloo Kasa, I hope you all will enjoy the taste of it.
   Lets start with the cooking journey once again.

Ingredients : 250 grams of potato, green chille , turmeric powder, mustered oil, ginger lay, grinned,cumin powder, dhania leaves, garam masala, Tomato.
How to prepare

Step1 -
     Cut the potato, chille, tomato etc in small pieces.
Step2 -
     First take 2 to 3 tea spoon mustered oil in a nonstick pan, heat it till 5 minutes, then fry the small pieces potatoes, chille, tomato.
Step3 -
     Now mix the ginger lay, with sauce and limited water mix . Boil it for next 15 minutes.
Step4 -
     At last mix with Dhania leaves as decoration on top of Aloo Kasa.

That's all, now our Aloo Kasa is ready and you can serve it hot.
